(no subject)

Today was field day for the first graders and they could have their parents come eat lunch with them at the park. I asked Davey last night what he wanted me to bring him for lunch, expecting him to say McDonalds or Lunchables or something that would be a treat. His answer? a banana and some apple slices with caramel. Crazy kid. I brought McNuggets too, which was a good idea since I ended up sharing with Matthew, Peyton, and Mia as well. Also, I'm always surprised that I'm actually friends with some of the other parents. I'm not sure when that happened. Other than Logan's parents, who I've known since I was like 8.

Once upon a time, wearethestars basically gave Davey permission to text her whatever he wanted, so he sometimes steals my phone and takes pictures to send to her and reallythateasy and sometimes irisgirl12000. I didn't realize until this last weekend that he was sending random stuff to other people on my contact list too. So, if I've got your number and you get a crazy picture or video text from me? It was probably Davey.

(no subject)

It's been raining all afternoon (again) and the boys have been out playing in it (it's still miserably hot and humid, ugh). I really really wanted to get a picture of Davey -- seriously, yall should have seen him. he had on a pair of shorts, a rain jacket, a winter hat, and his racing ear muffs. And no shoes. He was also pretty much head to toe mud, but when I called them to come in, he tripped on the porch step and cut his foot pretty good so there was blood mixed with all the mud and mess, so I just had to throw him right into the tub.

But casualyobsessed is an awesome little sister / aunt (Davey says she's his ant) and made us grilled cheese to go with the soup I made for dinner. <3
