My son has an ear infection too. He comes back into town tomorrow. :(

As for concerts...it really depends on the music. I've been to two sit down concerts. One was Linkin Park so of course EVERYONE was standing and singing and dancing. The other was Trans Siberian Orchestra and even though it's techinically rock, everyone stayed sitting. Just depends. And people will always be dicks no matter what you do.
