lol. you never know, maybe it really is a token of affection & that's why dean left it there, so he wouldn't have to listen to sam getting all mushy about it. though i'm thinking it may be that dean bought candies he knows sam doesn't like, so that he can eat them himself. and then throw it up in sam's face later that he bought him a gift for valentine's day.
