why_me_why_not | (no subject)

The daycare called to tell me Davey was sick this morning & it took 20 minutes for someone to find me and tell me. And the supervisors asked if I could please find a way to come back to work, but with Harley at camp this week, I'm kinda fucked. So Jeff came home for lunch & said that we've gotta work 7(am) to 5:30 tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday. Fuck a duck. I don't wanna get up that early, esp on Saturday! And then Jeff offered to stay with Davey so I could go back to work, but I don't see that going over too well. *g*

Now, in more exciting news, a message from one of my favoritest peoples,

copperbadge, b/c it's one of my favorite places EVER. I love Sam's writing, but the nonfandomy stuff on his lj is even better, and it's always such a friendly atmopshere in his comments sections. And this morning there were cadavers and lucid dreams and giant lego men.

It's JC Chasez's birthday!

Watching The Fairly Oddparents with Davey and it's the Icky Vicky episode & everyone keeps saying how yummy/delicious Chip Skylark is. It amuses me.

I found $5 in the pocket of a pair of jeans I was throwing in the washer.

Now. What makes yall happy? I can't offer much, but I can offer drabbles and random hugs and random comments/compliments/memories of you if you leave me a comment and want such.
