Only instead of vampires, it makes me think that Brad got into a bar fight, or, you know, half of Bravo-Two got into one, and when he stumbles home, Ray rants at him for waking him when he knows Ray's got an exam in the morning, but the verbal lambasting ends when Ray switches the light on and sees the blood on Brad's lip.
