Rice Krispie Treats are like the easiest thing in the world to make! Why haven't I signed up to bring those to class parties before now?
I'm also trying out a new recipe for a Cinnamon Oatmeal Cake. I'll let yall know how it turns out. But before the next time I bake, I need to make an inventory of what we have in the kitchen b/c I never lay/measure my ingredients out beforehand so I don't realize that we're out of something until I need it, especially when it's something that every kitchen should have, like brown sugar or baking soda. Wth? Also, I hate the lack of counter space in out kitchen! Makes my adventures in cooking very difficult sometimes.
( So, I got in trouble for stupid shit at work today. )
