(no subject)

It's still hot. Cooler now that the sun's gone down, but still hot. Too hot to be inside the house. We've pitched the tent in the backyard for the boys; I'm kicked back on the camp couch with my laptop listening to my stepdad's blues music from the upstairs window.

I was telling Josh today that we should go get jobs as tour guides at Dixie Caverns b/c the caverns are the same temp all fucking year. Like 54 degrees. It'd be fucking awesome. I think maybe we'll go up there tomorrow; it'd be a cool way to spend the afternoon. *g*

We're going out tomorrow night to celebrate my birthday. Low key, dinner and then Macados. Should be fun.

Work still sucks. I had to explain to someone today how to tape a fucking box. WTH? The level of incompetence at work is scary. I seriously wonder how these dumbasses get dressed and find their way to work in the morning. GRRRR!

I posted fic over on the tabby_and_iris lj yesterday, and have a couple more things that I'm working on. And irisgirl12000 is working on some awesome fic as well.

And I still need a few letters/topics claimed in this post, if any of you wanna come play with me. please.
