I am back in my little valley, and my travel was safe and easy, even if I apparently had old lady karma on the planes. I'm not sure what that was about, but all four plane rides included me sitting with an old lady who wanted to talk my ear off. My trip was SO FUCKING AWESOME! I am way too lazy right now to type up a recap of my trip, but I may do so at a later time.

I'm kinda stressed out right now, and I think it's a combination of being home, my TX trip being over when it's been my happy thought for months now, the best friend issue, and the fact I'm probably going to be putting in my notice at work tomorrow. My life, wtf?

I'm making tea right now, b/c apparently the pitcher that was in the fridge when I came home today was the same one that I made last week before I left. YUCK.

You have old lady karma. I have screaming baby/kicking child karma. In the seat behind me, there is ALWAYS an infant who wails the entire trip or a child whose parents think it's cute that little Joey is big enough to have his own seat and kick the back of the seat in front of him.

god, that is NEVER cute. EVER! Ronnie used to do that shit, which is why he still sits behind the passenger seat in the van.

There were these adorable 4yo twins on the flight this morning, and they were several rows behind me, and when we started actually accelerating, the little girl was like "BLAST OFF!" It was really kinda adorable.
