Aug. 7th, 2007 11:53 pmI'm feeling better! YAY! I felt crappy today at work though, and the heat and actually having to, y'know, work made it pretty horritastic.
I think fandom has ruined me for normal life and normal people. I'm just saying.
There are three songs that'll forever be associated with my friend Jeff: I Love Rock and Roll, Champagne Supernova, and I Just Called To Say I Love You. I seriously CANNOT hear those songs without thinking of him. One of them was on the Singing Bee tonight, which is why I thought of it.
Sidenote: We have "visitors" coming in to the warehouse tomorrow (potential clients) so we have to do cleaning-type stuff in the morning (it's a fucking WAREHOUSE! how clean do you expect it's going to be?!) and one of the things we have to do is take out and/or HIDE all our radios!! WTF?
Back to reminiscing. I was talking to someone last week about my friend Mike (I'm pretty sure I was talking to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
chaeldub. But that's unrelated. Kinda. I was just thinking of this one time that Mike's boyfriend was out of town on a business trip and Mike called his voice mail and left a message singing "When You Say Nothing At All" and at the time I thought it was the sweetest thing ever. Not that I liked Mike's boyfriend; he was pretty much a jerk and treated Mike like shit. The only good thing I can say for him is that the day Mike's mom was murdered, he made it up here from Greensboro in like half the time it should've taken. Now though? Mike's been in a relationship with an awesome guy (who, funnily enough, is named Michael) for like 8 years.
I'm completely mental. I'm full of ramble and I think it may be med related. Or maybe it's just that I'm trying to make up for those couple months where I felt to depressed to say much of anything.
