queenitsy! I hope you have a fantastic day and a fabulous weekend!
2. HP. Like I told a few of you, I need to see the movie again before I can even sort through my thoughts, but here are a few non-spoilery (although, really, everyone here has read the books, so how can talking about the movie be spoilery?) thoughts: 1. Neville Longbottom is FUCKING AWESOME! 2. Seamus was surprisingly adorable. (The "surprisingly" is not because he's not usually adorable, but because I wasn't expecting the cuteness and humor given the situation). 3. I need H/D fic. 4. I may not have started in HP fandom, but it has made such a huge impact on my life and will always, always be important to me.
3. Came home from picking Ronnie up at church camp and facebook stalked his counselors so he could send them friend requests, and one of them has the cutest picture of him and his boyfriend as his profile pic. :)
4. My favorite local band, Madrone, is playing the 930 club in DC next weekend; if yall are in the area, you should totally go support them!
5. I need a date for a wedding! A Renaissance themed wedding (costume encouraged - seems like a good excuse to buy something for myself, yes?) in NJ on Oct 1. Silly things like oceans and passports and jobs and money are making this more difficult than it should have to be. ;)
6. SUITS! I LOVE THIS SHOW! I wrote fic! And there is more to come, even though my headache is making a reappearance. And I will happily talk to you about the show, and how much I love Mike and Harvey and Jessica and and Donna, and how much I love the supreme doucheyness of Harvey and Mike, and how I want fic that is NOT fluffy and happy-endingy. Just ask.
7. Tomorrow should be a writing-and-SyFy day, yes? (it's a disaster movie day! those are quite possibly my favorites! the movie tomorrow night is about a super volcano or some nonsense!)
