Ten Things

1. I find it easier to just jot down some of the many many thoughts on my mind instead of trying to explain them.
2. The infection in my hands is making things extra difficult these days. Can't type, can't write, can't cook. It's so frustrating.
3. Just finished season 1 of His Dark Materials, and Lee is very Malcom Reynolds in this.
4. I want to read and I've got books queued up and everything but I can't focus on any of them.
5. If you missed my drama this week on other social media, Pete was dognapped by a door dash driver and it was a very stressful couple of days. The police are involved now, and Pete is home safe, but I dispair for humanity.
6. The girls and I have a Cookie Advent Cookbook that we're working our way through, which they love and is great bonding time, even though I have a hard time (see number 2).
7. Ronnie turned 20 this weekend and I am old.
8. Miranda had another fall the other day and now she is classified as a fall risk and cannot be alone. She has an MRI scheduled and an appt with a neurologist.
9. Mom has a spot just above her knee that the drs are worried about. She has scans scheduled for end of December to see if the cancer has spread to her bones. Her cancer markers look good but her blood work showed issues with her thyroid and some other things so she's got a new med and two new supplements to add to the regimen.
10. My dad has had to go weekly to have the fluid drained from his abdomen and we have a follow up with the liver specialist this week.
