Nano--I'm not so much undecided as I'm doing it partially. I'm doing a word count for every day I'm not working...
As for charities, after a cancer charity, I would choose Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic. It's under-known and something that does great works. My brother gets all his text books on audio from them.
