My internet died last night (in the middle of the elf chat--sorry guys!) and tech support can't tell me what's wrong other than "there's a problem in the line" and it's not my system or my account. They said it'd be 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. And, of course, it's a holiday weekend. So I'm at my mom's on my lunch break; I'll pray my internet is working when I get home, otherwise I'll try to sneak in some time online tomorrow while we're here at Mom's.
