I've been meaning to post this link for a week or more, but we all know I'm easily distracted. I'm pretty sure this was linked on metafandom, but I think I got it from app1e_pi. commodorified wrote an excellent post about what it means to be a beta. All of you betas & authors should definitely read it.

Also, I've started posting on An Archive Like None Other, which is another Tauri archive. It's related to OWL, but AALNO is multi-fandomed and also included original fiction. You can find my LOST fics there, as well as some original poetry, and I'm trying to get some original fiction posted there soon (not the long piece that ltlredhairdgirl has seen glimpses of, but maybe a short story or two. You can find my page here. There are also some excellent pieces of original fiction there from lilpadfoot16 and her friend chibi (who I'm not sure is here with us on LJ or not but if she is I don't have her LJ name and am too lazy to look for it), so go by and have a look, read, review. You guys know the drill. And feel free to join in the fun and submit works of original fiction or any fandom (other than HP, LOTR, and DueSouth, b/c those have their Tauri archives).

Now, I'm off to try and sort out the mess that calls itself my user info page. Any suggestions, let me know. Then, I'm off to find some new icons, b/c anael loves me and got me a paid acct so I have nine extra icon spaces...
