I know I've been seriously neglecting my flist lately, as well as my other obligations. Sorry! Life has been... well, it's life. That about sums it up. Nothing interesting to report. My Comment Party has slacked off, but it's still going on. I still don't have as many comments as ciaran_draco did. Lots of multi-fandom fun there, though. Yummy pics (men and women), drabbles, a big section of Guess That Fanfic courtesy of lilian_cho. I made some new friends, which is always good, and am still having lots of fun over there. And no, sexysadie21, I haven't forgotten it's my turn to write the next part of the Ben/Michael. *g*

But, since I have nothing interesting to say, I'm just going to talk about other people.

Okay, I lied. Something about me. I wrote QaF fic, b/c of the first Tell Me a Story thread that misread_ and I had going in the comment party. We all know how bad I am at summaries, especially without giving things away, so just go read it, yeah? Mainly features Gus & Justin. Post S5, so you know, don't read if you haven't finished watching the shows. Posted to AALNO; I'm sure it'll eventually end up on my LJ but I don't know when. I'll get you guys the link as soon as it goes up on the site. Of course, if you're already a registered member of AALNO (if you're a member of OWL, it's the same user and password & there's a link to AALNO on the home page of OWL), you can add me as one of your favorite authors (haha) and receive an owl alert email whenever I post anything new.

fanfic_crossing, a community for members to post fiction from any fandom, as long as there is some sort of crossover in it. Help this fledgling community get off the ground! Read, post, pimp... you guys know the drill!

fanfic_tunes, a new community set up by maddykitty. The premise is that it is a slash and het friendly community for song-based fanfiction in the following fandoms: Harry Potter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel the series, and Queer as Folk. On the first of every month, maddykitty will choose five songs to feature. The songs picked will often follow a theme but will sometimes be random. Links will be provided so featured songs can be downloaded and lyrics will be posted. These songs will be used as prompts for fanfic.

Last night, a bunch of us from anael's flist got together in yahoo chat and had a great time. We'd like to do it again, and anael has a poll set up on her LJ regarding when the best time for a chat would be. All fandoms & flists welcome, don't think it's HP-specific. And don't expect any of us to be sane -- before, after, or during.
