I haven't posted actual fic since the beginning of August. What is that nonsense???

Today was a craptastic day, and everything is falling apart. My solution to that is to retreat into fandom and say "fuck it" to the real world. Sounds like a plan, right?

I'm physically too tired to keep my eyes open much longer, much less keep playing on my phone, but I want to. Happy list in the a.m. Love yall; happy Friday! *mwah*

When things are looking down, a Happy List always makes things better, right?

♥ Illiana. She's laying here babbling at me right now, and she is getting so big! Love love love.

♥ got a nearly-last-minute invite to a concert tonight, and I'm not one to turn down a free concert. I'm not a huge Carrie Underwood fan, but I am a big Billy Currington fan, so it works out.

♥ only a week until Deathly Hallows! I already have my tickets, and a couple dozen people to go with. Yay!

♥ one of the newbies at work (the one who told me I need to watch Buffy b/c it'll be the most important thing I ever do in my life). He asks me questions sometimes just to make himself think the question through & answer it himself, so we decided I'm his imaginary friend and he calls me Theodore.

♥ Amy & Cliff are coming up this weekend! I talk to Amy everyday, but I still miss her, so I'm super excited about seeing her. And Cliff. I love his dorkass too. :)

♥ we're moving in two weeks!

♥ work!Heather is getting married! She asked me to be one of her bridesmaids. She's all superexcited about the wedding, so I'm superhappy for her.

♥ baby brother has been staying with us & he went grocery shopping last night so the pantry and freezer are full

About a month ago, I asked for drabble/ficlet prompts. trcunning gave me two Shelter prompts. The first one ended up a bit more involved than it should have, so it’s not even halfway finished (what? I love Gabe, okay!), but the second was When Zack becomes a well-known artist, Sean's publisher wants him to do a cover. How's that go? This is what came from that. (unbetad, so forgive my mistakes)
