My Daddy is staying in my Aunt Nancy's house. Heading over there with the kids, Davey goes, "Aunt Nancy won't be lonely now." At first I thought maybe he'd forgotten that Aunt Nancy passed away, but then he goes, "Aunt Nancy died in that house, right? So her spirit is still there. Pawpaw can keep her company, and she can watch over Pawpaw. It's a good thing Pawpaw moved in to her house!" ♥

It's Mothers' Day here on the East Coast of the US. By the time I post this, it will be in Texas time too. HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY TO ALL THE MOTHERS AND MOTHER FIGURES ON MY FLIST!! One of you I live with (casualyobsessed, my little sister), so I get to see you and your kiddo every day. Some of you (like eckerlilas and thebunnyknows) have kids that I have met IRL. Some of you have kids I've seen grow up in pictures (oh my goodness, mimiheart, I cannot believe how big your kids are now, especially DD!). Some of you don't have kids of your own, but are the most fabulous aunties (wendy, I'm looking at you!). A bunch of you have been fabulous to my two little rugrats - asimplechord, sonicbookmark, ltlredhairdgirl, Crystal-who-no-longer-has-an-lj. Some of you have pet!kids instead of real ones. I'm sure some of you have taken someone under your wing and become a mother-figure in their life.

So, if you are a mother figure in any way, shape, or form, I wish you the happiest of days, and hopefully many many more. *love and hugs*
