Went to TGIFridays for dinner tonight with the boys, mom, Harley, and the baby. We haven't been there in YEARS because of a bad experience, but the food and the service was EXCELLENT tonight. And Davey ate a full rack of ribs and tried to get me to share my steak with him! Little piggie! Lol. He's only 10; idk how I'm gonna feed him and his brother through their teenage years.

We were planning on going camping this weekend, but I was supposed to have a week of side work with my dad and that fell through so I have no money. (Although, mom did win $1107 from a radio contest last week, so that's how we had money for dinner and then mom went and bought a new dryer. The rest of the money is going to a new window A/C unit, since our central air is fucked and we can't afford to get that fixed or replaced.) Instead, we're going to hit the Lowes Build and Grow Clinic in the morning (if you have kiddos, check out the Lowe's Kids Clinics - free workshops for kids every other weekend) to build ice cream trucks, then we have a birthday party for my brother's girlfriend's son. We're gonna hang out with them at the river after and may stay the night, but idk yet. It's supposed to be super hot all weekend, so if we don't stay at the river, I think we're going to spend Sunday and Monday at the lake.

Yall wanted to know the details of my weekend, right? :)

I'm fed up with being here, and with everyone expecting me to do shit for them, but no one ever wants to be there for me and my kids. I feel so much better mentally/emotionally since I adopted a "fuck 'em all" attitude. Like I said on Twitter earlier, two years ago I was seriously contemplating moving to Texas. I think I need to make that my goal again and work it out.
