HAPPY BIRTHDAY [livejournal.com profile] somigliana!! I'm pretty sure your bday is actually over where you are, but it's still the 7th here! I hope you had a great day!

I finished my [livejournal.com profile] two_of_us_fic but it's currently being looked at. Hopefully it'll be posted tonight. In the meantime, how about some random drabbley type thingys I have lying around?

300 words of sick!Pete (this was written for alli when she was sick, but then I posted sick!Dean instead.)

"I'm dying," Pete said dramatically, flinging himself onto the couch beside Joe.

"Okay," Joe said agreeably. "Let us know if this 'death' is going to happen before or after tonight's show, so we can plan accordingly."

Pete made a whining noise in the back of his throat and leaned over into Joe's lap.

"Pete--" Joe shook his head and looked up at Andy as he came in.

"What's wrong with Pete?" Andy asked.

"He's dying," Joe answered.

"Oh really?"

"Yeah," Pete muttered, throwing in a fake, pitiful-sounding cough for good measure. "I need coffee! And a backrub! And Joe doesn't care. You do, though, right?"

"Sure, Pete." Andy tossed a box of tissues in his direction.

"Hey." Patrick. He'd care; Pete knew he would. He was his best friend.

"Pete's sick," Andy pushed Pete off him onto the floor.

"In the head?" Patrick stepped over Pete on his way to the kitchen.

Pete flipped the bird at Patrick's back and pulled his hoodie up over his head. "Nobody loves me! I have ebola and I'm going to die and none of you care!"

Pete sat up when Patrick appeared beside him with a cup. He took it only half-gratefully because it wasn't coffee. It was orange juice, probably the kind with pulp. Pete hated pulp.

"The vitamin C in orange juice is good for you. And it's pulp free. Here." Patrick handed him two small pills, and Pete tossed them back hoping he hadn't done anything recently that would cause Patrick to want to poison him.

Patrick sat down on the floor next to Pete, and Pete curled up against him, smiling to himself when Patrick started running his fingers through his hair.

"If you get snot on me, I'll kick your ass," Patrick warned.

Pete grinned and snuggled closer.

75 words of Jon & Spencer, written in txt msgs for [livejournal.com profile] anasuede one day a few weeks back.

The sun was casting stripes of brightness along the wet ground and peeking out from behind the clouds to create patterened rays of light through them. Jon was watching the sky, camera in hand, deciding on the perfect angle for his shot. He sensed someone behind him just before an arm slid around his waist.

"Pretty."

Jon turned his attention away from the sky. Sunshine after a storm was no match for Spencer Smith's smile.

125 words of Jon Walker, also written for [livejournal.com profile] anasuede

Jon Walker likes uncovering the beauty in everyday life, likes even more capturing those secrets on film. His boys -- Ryan, Spencer, and Brendon are his; they all belong to one another -- love to pose for him. Their smiles are like sunshine, like a drug, and he can't get enough. He'd settle for posed pictures of them forever, but candid moments are the best. Ryan curled up on his bunk with his phone and the smile reserved for Keltie. Brendon dancing in the parking lot during a rainstorm when he thought no one was watching. Spencer adorned with a crown of flowers that Brendon made at a rest stop. Jon lines his bedroom mirror with pictures like these, memories he wants to keep forever.

200 words of Reid (and his love for supernatural) for [livejournal.com profile] ltlredhairdgirl

Reid tries to get out of the office on Thursday nights before anyone can catch him. Despite the fact Reid's brief flirtation with drug addiction is over, the rest of the team still worries over him. He appreciates the concern and sometimes even likes the forced company, but not on Thursday. Thursdays, he has a standing date with the Winchesters.

He's not sure how he got hooked on the show, but he is. Despite the fact he finds it hard to believe that such creatures exist -- vampires, werewolves, ghosts; according to everything he had learned, such things were myths made up to explain things people didn't understand -- he was intrigued by their research and by the way Sam and Dean (and John before them) studied demons and other supernatural beings, tracked their findings to be used in future encounters. Profiled them. They're like the BAU of ghosthunting.

Of course, Reid could never admit any of this to the others. He could only listen and bite his tongue on Friday mornings as Garcia and JJ discussed the show -- and its hot stars -- and Morgan teased them about being hooked on a fantasy show aimed at teenage girls.
