So, there was a microearthquake in Roanoke this morning. Apparently it was a tiny one, like 2.6, and would normally not be noticed by people, but I guess since we don't actually get earthquakes here people did notice it and freaked out. I slept through it but Mom claims she felt it but she thought it was one of us shutting our bedroom window b/c of the way it shook the house (yeah, our house is pretty old, and it'll shake if you slam a window shut). Anyway, that's my interesting tidbit for the day.
Ronnie has a soccer game at 9:45 and Davey has one at 10:30, and then we have to go walmarting (fun!) and to a birthday party this afternoon. I'm so not excited, lol. I hope everyone has a great Saturday!! <3

Date: 2009-05-17 04:05 am (UTC)We don't have earthquakes here, so talking about it today was kinda freaky, especially hearing different reactions. I think the general opinion was that it sounded/felt like a low-flying airplane. Still, CRAZY.
