Stealing this idea from ignipes... Even though I don't always get them done in a timely manner, I love taking prompts from yall. So, I've been thinking up ideas for my cliche_bingo fics and I figured I'd post my card here to see if yall wanted to share some prompts for my card, or help me brainstorm, or whatnot.



The time travel fic is already taken, b/c I accidentally wrote that the other night, and I have some ideas for some of the others, but I'd love to hear your suggestions/prompts/ideas. Yall know what fandoms I write in, right? HP, bandom, Criminal Minds, Dresden Files, Supernatural, uh... Chronicles of Narnia, Jericho, Shelter. Possibly a few others that I can't think of right now, but yall know. :P

I wrote HG/SS time travel fic the other night on accident. I blame the fact that stories with HG/SS in them earn me extra points in the OWL House Cup this month. But the idea of time travel in SPN -- like into the past (we already saw Dean go back and meet his mom) or into the future? Or like... I started fic once where Sam woke up after the wreck in S1 and was back in his apartment with Jess before everything happened.

The second person narration is going to be a hard one; I hate 2nd person POV. I may have to see how we can play with that, b/c I don't know that I can write that way.

um. HG/SS? I'm not familiar with anything you said in that paragraph? Are you talking about Harry Potter?

I always wanted Sam and Dean to go back to see Bobby when he was younger. I don't know why.

Also, I usually pick a story that one character wants to tell to another and write it out like they are actually speaking to them? So there's lots of yous in that, right?

Hmm, interesting. Like, young before he was a hunter? I always feel weird about time travel b/c of how messing with the past can screw with the present. OH! Bobby became a Hunter after he was forced to kill his possessed wife, right? So what if Dean and Sam were the ones that gave him the knowledge/tools to do that?

That's an interesting way to do that. Hmm...

Bobby's about the same age as John, right? But he's been a hunter longer, I think? (Bobby and John totally met in a bar one night and shared a few beers over the loss of their wives and their mission to avenge them! Probably at Ellen's bar, whatever it was called.) I'm gonna have to think on this...

I would love you for forever and a day if you wrote that day in the life about Brendon and Spencer. Like just how they are incredibly married and they eat breakfast together and they bitch about the neighbours and they are just generally adorable and always hug or touch or kiss or makeout.

Complete with Spencer pretending he doesn't notice the extra sugar Brendon puts on his already-sugary cereal, and Brendon pretending like he doesn't know Spencer switched their coffee to decaf? And sharing the paper at the breakfast table? And Spencer calling Brendon on his break at work to remind him that they've got that thing at Shane and Regan's to go to that night, and then Brendon calling Spencer back to make sure he remembers to go by and pick up the doggie vitamins from the vet on the way home? You want me to write you happy, cozy, domestic fic like that?

Oh man I'm pretty sure bursting into tears was not the reaction you were looking for.

DO IT OMG!!!! THAT WOULD BE THE MOST AWESOME FIC EVER. THE HAPPIER AND COZIER AND DOMESTICY THE BETTER!!! AS LONG AS THERE IS LOTS OF KISSING AND TOUCHING AND BEING IN LOVE. (which lets face it my Sims are freaking nymphos so if it's based on them it's bound to happen)

Spencer's on the phone with Brendon with his back to the door and he's mostly-teasing when he asks "so, what are you wearing?" (b/c Brendon's at WORK, he's totally wearing jeans and a button-down, and he's probably covered with paint b/c even though he's the music teacher, Tuesday is finger-painting day for the kindergartners and he loves to help out in the art room) and Spencer practically falls out of his chair when his boss drops a stack of manuscripts on his desk. Granted, his boss is Shane, so all he does is laugh and remind Spencer that there's not to be any phone sex on company time, but still.

oh, dude. Harry & Karrin swapping bodies would be AWESOME, especially because isn't Murph pretty small compared to Harry? And she's be following Harry around making dire threats if Harry touches her body while he's in it? And they'd have to hide, b/c obviously they're not themselves and it would be BAD if anyone found that out. And one of the exes shows up (Susan, or... Kincaid? isn't that who Murphy had a fling with?) ugh, AWESOME IDEA!

YES. Karrin is something like 5'3" (I'd have to look it up) and Harry is over six foot. <3 And can Harry do magic in her body, or is she the one learning to control it? And yes, it's Kincaid that she had that fling with.

I thought she was like 5'3" but then I couldn't remember if that was from the book or leftover from me watching the show first. I think Harry's magic is tied to his soul (b/c of the whole Anastasia thing) so he'd have to figure out how to make the magic work using Karrin's body. It'd def be interesting...

Haha. I've got Molly/Vince fic for you. or, well, it's more Molly-centric, but it's based on you prompting me with their date.
