why_me_why_notWoke up this morning sick to my stomach and with a migraine-like headache. It's not an actual migraine, more just a tension headache, but it's one of those that makes me have to squint to see because light bother me. Mom blames the jalapenos I had on my pizza last night; I blame work-related stress. I always have jalapenos on my pizza!
Anyway, got to work a few minutes late because I had to stop twice on the way to work in order to puke. And being late has the same consequences as missing a full day, so I printed off my W-2 (which posted this morning, yay) and came back home. Fuck them, I'll take a few days off. (Five concurrent absences = 1 occurence)
Now I'm going back to bed. I'll get up in a little bit to file my taxes and finish the laundry, but then I plan on doing nothing the rest of the day.
Stupid job.
(It should be noted that missing work will probably get my fired, and I should probably care about that more than I do. But I don't.)
