Jun. 20th, 2007 10:48 pmHihi!
This post is really just totally random stuff, feel free to skip or to comment on whatever. And it's a little mix of everything, including different fandoms, so forgive any confusion.
There's a sticky note on the inside cover of my notebook in Nigel's handwriting. It says "giggle and roll" and "take fisher price to sesame street". Don't ask me, I don't know either. It somehow relates to a Downy ball...
I'm thinking that someone wrote HP fanfic where Neville was really a very powerful wizard but his magic had been surpressed when he was an infant in an attempt to protect him, and that's why he's so... bumbling, I guess may be the word I'm looking for? Does anyone remember this? Or maybe just remember discussing it with me, because maybe it was just a discussion...
Chocolate isn't really good for dogs, right? And wolves are related to dogs. So is chocolate bad for wolves too? Specifically werewolves? Because the Remus in my head is a chocoholic. So is Sirius, but that's because Sirius in my head is generally all about indulgences. But they're both a little bit canine, in their own ways, right? I don't know where I'm going with this, so just shake your head and move on.
Billy-the-werewolf in my head doesn't really look much like a wolf. He looks more like a huge fluffy dog. Like... haha, the only comparison I can come up with is that he looks kinda like Ed from Survivor (my favorite Tabitha King book) but that does yall no good at all b/c you can't see how Ed looks in my head either. Maybe like the shaggy dog, from the original Disney movie, only all brown. But yeah, totally not sleek or scary or anything I picture a werewolf like. Maybe that's b/c of his temperment?
Also, I apparently skipped a book because I'm awesome like that. So I just finished Proven Guilty, but I haven't read Dead Beat yet. But I am going to pick up that one and White Night on Saturday, so by this time next week I should be all caught up on Dresden and all will be happy in my world.
I had a mini freak out last night b/c it's only a matter of weeks until Book 7 and I have a WiP that really needs to be finished before then.
White Court Vampires. They don't actually become vampires until they reach a certain age, and in order to do that they have to feed? But they can turn away? So if they don't actually become a vampire, but they have children, does it get passed on? Either the actual vampire genes or just the traits? And I'm in no way asking because of the possibility of Draco being the descendent of a White Court vampire that hadn't turned.
Um, I think that's it. For now. Love yall!
