Aug. 20th, 2019 06:09 pmI don't think I ever made a post about Godzilla, which I thought was a super fun movie and really enjoyed. But I apparently made a note to myself in my email about what I wanted to say/remember about it, so:
1. The handwavy science was great.
2. Dr Serizawa said, "The moment of crisis are also potential moments of faith."
3. "We're a bunch of horny, murderous carnivores."
4. "Sometimes the only way to heal a wound is to make peace with the demon who caused it."
5. And I want a GK AU. I still want a GK AU from Skull Island (and have some pieces of one floating around somewhere) so I'm sure the two could go together.
