My mom totally wins at giving gifts. When Ronnie opened her present this afternoon, he just kinda stared at it for a minute in awed silence and both my brothers are going "What is it? What is it?" and Ronnie grins real big & is like "It's Dean's car!" A black chevy Impala. It's not a 67 (I think it's a 64 or something) but still. I swear, I'm gonna have to pry that thing away from him at bedtime.

We went and saw Happy Feet, which I really enjoyed, but I think all of us going to the movie is not something that'll happen again. Me and the boys and Harley go all the time, and that's cool. But today, my nephew Joseph showed his ass bigtime (including running off during a trip to the bathroom & going into a different theater so we had to search for him) and Kristina was her usual pain in the ass self and didn't correct Joseph during all his jumping around and talking, and then she dumped her bag of popcorn on Harley's head. On purpose. I know Harley started the throwing popcorn thing (well, actually my brother Tim did), but Harley was throwing single pieces. And Harley's 13. Kristina is 21.

I'm so tired and it's hours still til bedtime! And I have to work 10 hour days Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri this week, plus a full day on Saturday. I get off at regular time on Thursday b/c my mom has plans & can't get the kids. Boo work!

I feel like I haven't gotten a chance to talk to anyone all weekend. It sucks. *pouts* But I'll be on later, if I don't fall asleep first. For now, I'm gonna go watch the rest of Casper's Haunted Christmas or whatever it is. *love and hugs*

lol. no, actually, the boys sleep in my bed and I don't want to end up getting clocked in the head with that thing when he rolls over in the middle of the night or something *g*
