I'm stuck at home. I strained my lower back yesterday at work and had to leave work to go to the occupational health people and the doctor put on me on light duty for a week. But when I called in this morning (b/c I couldn't bend over enough to get my socks and shoes on, and everyone else had already left), my supervisor's supervisor Vicky told me not to come back until after I see the doctor clears me b/c, for one thing, there's not really much I can do at work on light duty, and for another "I know you and you'll try to do more than you're supposed to". Which is true, but still. That means I'm stuck at home for at least a week. I can't drive. I can barely walk. I can sit for short periods of time but most of my day has been spent laying here watching Disney b/c I can't reach the remote to change the tv.

I already have a handful of drabble-type things to post, and I also have my slashfest story to finish and possibly something to write b/c someone has a birthday in a couple weeks. But I've got more than enough time on my hands to occupy, and if I don't at least pretend to write, I'm gonna end up od'ing on reading fic and watching vids and such, so if you wanna leave me some prompts, that'd be great. Give me a fandom, a character or pairing, a prompt word or three, song lyrics, a situation, whatever. Just make sure it's something I can write, yeah? Yall know my fandoms.

I'm watching Jericho right now even though I missed last week's episode, but I kinda wanna yell at the TV. GRRR. OMFG!! THEY KILLED BONNIE!!! WTFH? NOOO!! I thought Mimi was dead too, but thankfully not. I also thought they were gonna kill Dale instead of turning him over to Jake. OMG, I can't even think.

I think Spencer Reid needs to end up at a Panic! concert for some reason or another. And be totally infatuated with Jon or Brendon. Spencer Smith is not amused. If any Spencer gets Jon and Bden, it should be him, OK?

You know, when there was that huge "We Are Family" moment, my first thought was that someone is going to die (my second was that they were giving a send up to fans who really liked that relationship). Of course, I expected they'd kill Mimi, but, yeah, it makes more sense to kill Bonnie because she doesn't really push the plot.

We'll see what happens next.

From one standpoint, I think it's better that Bonnie died instead of Mimi b/c that's gonna enrage the fuck out of the town. Or it should, anyway, b/c she's theirs and always has been, y'know? Even though it sucks to say it, her death may make more Jerichoians likely to rebel against the new "government" than if Mimi would have died. Still, I rather liked Bonnie and I hate that she got killed. And we never did figure out what happened to her boyfriend from first season. I wonder if the little blonde girl from J&R will side with Jericho now? Trish, I think? J&R and Ravenwood are just evil evil peoples!

Ravenwood certainly didn't make any friends. I think this will cement the town against them. J&R is interesting.

I missed last week's episode so I don't know what happened when Ravenwood showed up, but I really just cannot believe that they let them in like that. Seriously. I mean, idk what they could have done, but considering the fight they already had with ravenwood? Speaking of that, there's someone else missing! That doctor that came into town with them from Red River. I wonder if he's still around. But anyway, I don't see how they let those assholes come into their town without a fight.

Yes - you did miss some stuff - in a nutshell: The doctor is set up at the hospital and got interrogated by J&R over the vaccine stuff. There were big town meetings about trying to overthrow Ravenwood, but they decided they didn't have the manpower and instead planned to get the military on their side. The blonde from J&R told Mimi off the record that "for every one of them (Ravenwood), there's one of us" and fixed some paperwork to draw Ravenwood's attention off the vaccine. I have no doubt she'll side with Jericho.
