Made pork tenderloin and sauerkraut in the crockpot today (thank you, frackin_sweet) and it's delicious!

Accidentally signed up for the YAGKYAS exchange (lol, I am totally blaming jmc_bks for this one), so now I wanna go read ALL THE GK FIC EVER. I am currently working through the rare recs from this post, but if you have GK recs, feel free to pass them my way. :)

I AM HOME. The flight took an hour longer than it was supposed to, then we spent an hour and a half getting through passport control and customs, then rush-hour traffic through the city to get home and go pick up the cats.

Dante and Sandy are sulking. I have one pair of clean underwear left and the washing machine is dead. Aaron's suffering a migraine. The house has no food (other than dry cat food). WELCOME HOME!

(I signed up for the YAGKYAS too. WHAT WAS I THINKING? I am totally focused on hockey RPF right now because JESS SKINNER HAS EATEN MY BRAIN.)

Dante and Sandy are probably upset that you left them and went and had fun without them! And that sounds like a No Fun Evening! What happened to the washing machine? You don't have to go right back to work, do you? So you can spend tomorrow at the laundry mat and grocery shopping?

I hope A's migraine doesn't last long. :( Those things SUCK.

Haha, at least we can keep each other on track for finishing YAGKYAS? It's your sister's fault I signed up (I didn't think about it until she mentioned it) and then she didn't even sign up! Also, she made me want a GK baseball AU.

Also, I told my brothers they should get me an early Christmas present in the form of plane tickets so I can come to Houston for The Hobbit.

\o/ I am so out of it. When does The Hobbit open? We are traveling to MD for Xmas (we should try to all meet up somewhere if we can!), but should be here otherwise after Halloween weekend. Actually, J will be here for Thanksgiving and there will be clinging.

I think the washing machine motor (?) died. The belt is intact, the barrel still fills with water, but there is no agitation or spinning.

J is evil. Of course, since we effectively dragged her into this fandom to begin with, it's our own fault, right?

The Hobbit is December 14th, I think? Ohh, East Coast Christmas! We may have to figure something out! :)

Ugh about the washing machine. It's always something, right? (the dogs broke our back door yesterday - the metal part below the window on our screen door, they always run into it when they come back in from a walk or whatever, and they both hit it at the same time and the entire metal piece just collapsed inward)

And yes, it probably is our fault, but when has logic ever been a necessary part of fandom? :)

Lol. I'm just giving you a hard time. I need a blame Jenn icon! I've got a blame heather, a blame lesa, and while I don't think I have one that specifically says blame wendy, I have one with her name on it that means the same thing. :P
