always been crazy

Okay, so my plans for the day, despite my icon:

1. housework. Blech.
2. studying for my insurance exam
3. possibly walking up to Olde Salem Days. There's SO MANY PEOPLE and even though I wanna go, I kinda don't. But there are classic cars!! And people I know who have their cars on display! Also, there is a petting zoo. And, as Davey keeps reminding me b/c my kid is awesome, a BOOK SALE.
4. HOMEPLACE! Yum, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! The Homeplace is this big old house up on the mountain that was turned into a resturaunt, and part of the experience is hanging out before hand. They've got all this land, with a pond and cows and gazebos and front porch swings. In the winter time they have the fireplace going and they used to have bands and stuff - like old fiddle & banjo singalong bands. And housecats. But the food, omg. All you can eat and they bring it to your table. Fried chicken and roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and coleslaw and biscuits and fried apples and omg, I'M HUNGRY! The only sad thing is that Tim won't be there. I miss my baby brother!

As you can tell, I'm not planning to be very productive, lol.

I'm scared of airports. The idea of the plane and flying and whatnot doesn't scare me all that much (unless I see a cloud of black smoke taking possession of someone, or some freak with black demon eyes. Then the whole deal's off. maybe i should carry holy water.), but I'm pretty people-phobic, so I'm scared of the airport. A long time ago, before anasuede moved to Reno, I wrote crack about me and her and wendy and said that if there was ever two people I'd get on a plane for, it'd be the two of them. So, I've officially bought my tickets, and in May (which is only next month, YAY!) I'll be flying to Reno for the weekend to hang out with de & wendy, as well as notthequiettype and phaballa. I'm so fucking excited I don't know what to do. But I'm still scared of the airport. *g*

*random* In case I haven't told yall this before, I have the most awesome brothers in the entire world!

I haven't finished typing up the doofus fic (obviously, b/c if I had, I'd be begging for a beta or it'd be posted by now) because by the time I got on the computer last night, it was late and I had just made my reno trip official and I was all excited/happy/jittery and wouldn't have been able to write anyway. So, my plans for this evening (in case yall want to remind me to get them done):
