Sep. 2nd, 2019 03:34 pmSchool starts tomorrow. Youth Group starts the day after. My house is still a disaster. I've barely looked at making plans for Sunday school and youth group and the peace unit. I'm totally winning, you guys. Lol.
We had a mini camping trip this weekend. My cousin owns creek front property with a good stretch of land and a stocked pond, and my dad has a camper and small campground area set up on it, so the boys and I went up there and spent time with my dad. We also celebrated Jordan's 18th birthday, which was fun.
I have yet to finish any of the books I've got sitting here, but it's more because I'm getting other stuff done than because I'm overwhelmed and avoiding them.
Ronnie and I went to see Angel Has Fallen, which I really enjoyed. Finally got to watch the Shark Week movie Capsized (yay Josh Duhamel and Tyler Blackburn!) and am now watching Stronger. Enjoying a lazy day, lol.
I'm still cleaning up my inbox, so here are a couple shareable links from there and also a few from the last week or so:
33 of the Most Important Cuddling Positions
I Waste So Much Time
Spectacular Wildlife Photos from NatGeo 2013
Racism and Sexism Combine To Shortchange Working Black Women
Repeated Signals Coming to Earth from Another Galaxy
Ryan Hines talking about life as a gay team member working in the NASCAR community
Killjoys Delivers a Love Story for the Ages
Charlotte teen registered people to vote as they stood in line at Popeyes
10 Books About Race to Read
Jimmy Carter returns to build homes for Habitat for Humanity after hip surgery
Cam Ward signs one day contract with Carolina Hurricanes and retires from the NHL
Have you see any nazi uranium? (ngl, I totally read this because the picture made me think of the Marvel tessaract)
Trump admin pulling millions from FEMA disaster relief to send to southern border
Heifer Project: Making Games from Scratch
