So, I'm totally cheating for this one. Last week, I sent my sister a list of some of the best things of fandom (most of which don't require knowledge of that particular fandom to be enjoyed!) and even though most of them are pretty popular anyway, I'm just going to share the list here.

Kinda a crossover with Doom, so Bones=Reaper, but you don't have to be familiar with either canon.

In which Stiles goes along with one of Derek’s plans and ends up in an alternate universe as a result. He should’ve known better. He did know better, actually, and that means he has no one to blame but himself.
“Laura wants to lure the kid in with food and kindness and make a pet of him, like a feral cat. Derek wants to have him arrested for stalking. They’re at an impasse. (And the rest of the family is staying emphatically out of it in a way that suggests bets have been placed.)”
This is one of my all time favorite fics. It's one of my comfort fics that I go back and reread all the time.

We've Written Volumes (in Blood and Scars and Ink) by notthequiettype

Stiles is on his back on hard-packed dirt. He's cold and there are leaves stuck to his neck and there's a four inch gash in his side that he thinks he can feel his ribs through. There's so much blood around him he feels like he's floating on a pond and everything is so much dimmer above him than it was a minute ago, which is saying something because he's in the dark center of the forest in the middle of the night. And the worst of it is that he's alone, totally alone with the smell of his own blood drowning him and the soft side of him run through by a tree.
As his eyes slip shut, the last thing he thinks is, "This is going to kill my dad."
I admit I'm biased because notthequiettype is one of the most awesome people I have ever known and I love her, but I actually got about a quarter of the way through this before I scrolled up and saw that she was the author. Her writing is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Definitely marking several of these to be read!! Especially since In Wade We Trust (We Are So Screwed), here is the deepest secret nobody knows, and We've Written Volumes (in Blood and Scars and Ink) are already some of my faves :D
