Why won't someone write me GK fic where the boys get tasked with the mission of meeting up with a group of military scientists and escorting them home, only to end up having to battle whatever creatures the scientists have been doing genetic experiments on?

Yes I am spending my Saturday watching SyFy movies again; why would you ask?

The boys played an awesome game this morning; our team won 12 to 4. The hard part was that we were playing against one of the other North Salem teams, so half the opposing team played with our team last year for basketball and/or soccer. There was a lot more rough play, since these guys are all friends, and our littlest player fouled out. And three members of the opposing team got injured. Still, both teams played well and it was a good game and all the parents (several of the parents are teachers) were cheering for both teams, so it was good.

We're going to Kabuki tonight to celebrate Mom's birthday (which was yesterday) and I'm debating whether or not to go into work tomorrow.

My meds are supposed to help me focus, but since I was off them for a while, there's a readjustment period. So my brain is completely scattered and it's ridiculous.
